Backstitch

To create extra details, backstitch outlines are used on top of the cross stitches. They can run in any direction. To start, bring your needle up and then down one square behind. After that bring it up again two squares in front and then down one square behind like for the previous stitch. Follow the chart and continue this way along the outline.
